Registration & Payment Policy
Full payment is required during registration to reserve a participant's spot. Due to limited enrollment, registrations are not considered complete until payment has been received. Unpaid registrations cannot be held or guaranteed.
We accept major credit/debit cards and Klarna Buy Now, Pay Later.
Step Up for Students
Street Family Tennis welcomes families participating in the Step Up for Students Scholarship Program.
Payment in full is required during registration, including for families using Step Up for Students. Families may pay out of pocket and request reimbursement from Step Up for Students in accordance with current scholarship guidelines.
Because many of our programs (including clinics, camps, leagues, and other limited-capacity offerings) require advance planning, instructor scheduling, and reserved participant spaces, all payments made to reserve a program are non-refundable. This policy is highlighted to assist families requesting advance reimbursement through Step Up for Students.
Families are responsible for understanding and meeting all Step Up for Students reimbursement requirements and eligibility guidelines.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Street Family Tennis, we take pride in providing reliable, professionally operated programs. Program cancellations by Street Family Tennis are extremely rare. Every effort will be made to conduct programs as scheduled, including making reasonable accommodations for weather and other unforeseen circumstances whenever possible.
All registration fees are non-refundable. Registration reserves a limited space in the program and allows Street Family Tennis to reserve instructors, court time, staffing, and other resources in advance.
If Street Family Tennis must cancel a program, participants will receive a credit that may be transferred to another available Street Family Tennis program. If preferred and available, the credit may also be applied toward private lessons.
Requests to transfer a registration to another program before the registration deadline may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
This policy reflects standard business practices for youth sports and enrichment programs and is published to support families participating in the Step Up for Students Scholarship Program, which may require providers to publish advance payment and non-refundable registration policies. Families are responsible for understanding and complying with current Step Up for Students scholarship requirements.

Fun, structured tennis instruction for kids and junior players. Our youth clinics focus on strong fundamentals, movement, coordination, stroke development, games, and confidence-building in an encouraging environment.

Street Family Tennis Group Lesson Policy
Group lessons are scheduled events, and we strive to provide a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants. Makeup lessons will only be offered if Street Family Tennis cancels a session due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If a participant chooses to miss a scheduled group lesson for any reason, no makeup lesson, refund, or credit will be provided. This policy ensures fairness to all players and maintains the integrity of our program schedule.
Refunds
In the event of low participation, Street Family Tennis may cancel a class prior to the session start date; if you are registered for a class that is canceled you will receive a full refund.
Once a session has begun, there will be no refunds or partial refunds.
Clinics are non-refundable, but are transferable.
There are no refunds for scheduling conflicts, early departure, missed classes, or any other reasons. Please check your schedule carefully prior to registering.
*Refunds for prolonged injury or illness will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Street Family Tennis to discuss a refund if such an occasion arises.
Cancellations
At Street Family Tennis, we strive to keep all classes on schedule. However, as an outdoor-based program, weather may occasionally impact our sessions. Whenever possible, group classes are offered on multiple days per week, and these alternate days will serve as designated makeup days in the event of a weather-related cancellation. If no alternate class is available during your session, a separate makeup class will be scheduled.
In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified via text message. Please note that makeup classes are only provided when Street Family Tennis cancels a session—not for individual absences.
Private lessons are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time will be charged in full. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window will be credited to your account for future use—no refunds will be issued.
